Both Campaigns See Causes for Litigation in Florida New York Lawyer Subject: Absentee, Provisional Problems Potential problems in Florida yesterday included erroneous demands by Republican poll workers in predominantly minority Miami-Dade County that voters produce two forms of identification, as well as claims by Democrats that thousands of absentee ballots had not been sent out in time in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
